US Army FIGHTER Contract. The FIGHTER contract provides virtually any service, hardware, or software our federal customer could use. This contract allows you to order various classes of labor, a large selection of software, and today's latest hardware all from one source without the need to obtain multiple bids. Unlike other contracts that charge a customer paid user fee, the FIGHTER contract includes no user borne fees, and the customer can either write the delivery order themselves or us the capabilities of the US Army Corps of Engineers to develop the statement of work and issue any delivery orders.
Negotiated Sole Source Award. Many customers wish to write their own contracts and Tyonek is very user friendly in this regard. As an Alaska Native Corporation (ANC) Tyonek is eligible to receive any size contract and the resultant award can not be protested. Tyonek is audited by the Defense Contract Audit Agency on a regular basis and our rates and accounting system are thoroughly approved, assuring you of the best possible pricing.
